SALON  POLICY

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment

• For appointments canceled on the same day or with less than 24 hours' notice, full payment for the missed appointment will be required before re-booking.

• If you arrive 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service it cannot be completed in the remaining time. We will make every effort to reschedule promptly. However, if we do not hear from you 15 minutes or more after your time, it will be marked as a "-show" and treated as a missed appointment.

• Booking appointments require non-refundable deposit at the time of booking for new clients (first appointment only), which will be deducted from your total. The deposit is $25 for non-color services and $50 for color services. We a "no refund policy." Thank you for your continued love and support!
